Entry Level Stucco Plasterers:
Learn the Stucco Plastering trade from talented Stucco Plasterers who have over 100 years of combined experience. New hires will learn to navigate the construction site by participating in construction staging, tool identification, preparing substrates for product application, and other general labor activities. This training will be followed by learning to mix and prepare plaster and stucco for application. After mastering the mixing ratios and consistencies of all our products you will move onto basic plaster, EIFS and/or stucco application. This includes but is not limited to air/vapor barriers, base coats, bond, mesh, EPS foam, finish coats, caulking, textured and smooth finishes. Once this process has been mastered we can move onto EIFS detailing and foam shapes. During this training process trainees will also experience interior and exterior painting, demolition and restoration, executive general labor projects, and much more to get them familiarized with the construction industry.
Any plastering or stucco experience will be considered towards starting pay, must have verifiable references.
After six months, following adequate performance reviews, trainee's will be offered their benefit packages.

Required Carry/Lift Weight: The ability to carry and lift up to 50lb scaffold planks and frames to a height of 2-3 feet overhead to build scaffold and transport/load them into trucks.
